The newest version of the Mercedes-Benz mbrace Mobile App is now available as a free automatic update for the iPhone. Version 2.0 introduces Mobile Concierge service, the ability to access and save multiple accounts, and enhanced Roadside Assistance.

The mbrace Mobile Application version 2.0 is compatible with the iPhone and offers all of the features of the original application, plus the new Mobile Concierge service and enhanced location-based services. Specifically, Mobile Concierge gives mbrace PLUS customers convenient access to personalized concierge services though the mbrace app, traditionally only accessible through the i-Button in their vehicle. The Roadside Assistance call from the app has also been enhanced so that when a call is initiated, the customer's account and location information are transmitted to the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance agent, allowing for more efficient and accurate service in the time of need. Also, in instances when the vehicle may not be accessible, may not have power, or is in an unsafe location, the iPhone application will provide the same excellent service as if the customer was in the vehicle.
